Cross party co-operation is building

Green Party

Caroline Lucas MP writes an excellent open letter to JC, ending:

The old politics is crumbling, not just in Britain but across our continent. We now have the chance to embrace a movement based not on greed or fear, but on resilient local communities, people working together and a stable economy that works for generations to come. I truly hope you win the contest on 12 September – and I look forward to continuing to work with you to bring about the progressive politics that has inspired us both for so many years.

Jeremy Corbyn’s overwhelming victory in the Labour leadership contest has been widely welcomed by progressive political parties across the United Kingdom. https://www.mebyonkernow.org/articles/article.php?id=86

National Health Action Party

This is our big chance to get Labour’s health policy back to Bevan’s Basics and we believe that Labour’s best chance is to work with the NHA; not rely on the only too willing advice of New Labour’s old guard or the management consultants who sell themselves as experts in NHS ‘reform’.

Scottish National Party

At PMQs on 16th September, SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson said that his party “looks forward to working with Jeremy Corbyn and against government austerity” adding “particularly on Trident”.
